When the purchase is made using a legal entity's name the below apply:

Returns are not accepted for any reason except if any damage or missing product is found during delivery. In this case, the customer will receive in a reasonable time a replacement of the product. Refunds are not issued for any reason. After the removal of our staff from your premises or the customer's removal from our shop no claims can be made.

In the case that the company in its absolute discretion, accepts to receive a product (s) as a return its value will be credited on the customer account, less a restocking fee of up to 30%.

In the case that the company accepts in its absolute discretion to accept an instant exchange of products (delivering the new product while taking back the previous one at the same time) it reserves the right to deny the return of the returned product if the product is not in excellent condition and in its original packaging. In this case the company reserves the right to charge the client with a delivery fee of up to 100EUR depending on the volume of products, distance etc. The amount to be charged is solely calculated by the company.
